To take and fulfil your order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, delivery instructions, and your order history. If you set food preferences, we store your diet, goals, and any allergens or ingredients to avoid.
2.How we use it
We use your details to cook to your taste, deliver on your chosen slot, and keep you updated on WhatsApp. Preferences are used to tailor dishes and to keep flagged ingredients out of your food.
3.Sharing
We share only what our fulfilment needs — your address and contact reach our kitchen and delivery partners. We never sell your data, and we don't share your delivery address outside our fulfilment operations.
4.Recipes you bring
When you share an Instagram, YouTube or blog link, or upload your own recipe, we process that content solely to recreate the dish for you.
5.Retention
We keep order and account information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations.
6.Your choices
You can view or edit your preferences any time, and request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to us.
7.Security
Access is restricted to staff who need it to fulfil orders. Session tokens are stored securely on your device.
