1.About Chef Privé
Chef Privé cooks fresh, made-to-order meals and delivers them on the slot you choose. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2.Ordering & slots
Orders need at least 24 hours' notice so we can source and cook fresh. You pick a delivery day and time window at checkout; we confirm details on WhatsApp before we start cooking.
3.Pricing
Prices are set per dish based on ingredients, portion and effort, plus ₹40 packaging per meal and a delivery fee. Delivery is charged by distance from our kitchen to your pincode and is passed on directly to our third-party delivery partner — we don't mark it up. The price shown at checkout is what you pay; we confirm any custom-recipe pricing before cooking.
4.Customisation
We cook to the spice, portions and notes you specify. While we try to match every request, exact taste can vary with fresh, hand-cooked food.
5.Imported & custom recipes
When you bring a link or your own recipe, you confirm you have the right to share it. We recreate the dish in our own kitchen; we don't republish your content.
6.Allergens & safety
We flag and avoid ingredients you mark as allergens, and offer fully separate prep for severe allergies. Our kitchen handles many ingredients, so we can't guarantee zero trace; tell us about severe allergies before ordering.
7.Cancellations
Because food is cooked fresh to order, cancellations are only possible before your order enters the kitchen. We'll always try to help — just reach out.
8.Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
